Roger Andoh acting as FOIA Officer confessed that the men and women at U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (CDC/ATSDR) have absolutely no documentation whatsoever regarding the origin of the so-called “monkeypox viron” image posted on their website, or the methodology used to obtain said image. Since Roger had no documentation to share, he instead quoted claims that were allegedly made to him by some unidentified man or woman at the National Center for Emerging Zoonotic and Infectious Diseases. Roger would not disclose whether or not the skin tissue allegedly used in the image had been stored in “virus transport medium” (containing fetal bovine serum, etc.) prior to imaging, or where the imaging was performed or by who. Roger’s response indicates that no science whatsoever exists in relation to the so-called ‘monkeypox virus” image. [Link]

The folks at both Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada conducted thorough searches and had to confess that they have no record of anyone on Earth finding any alleged “monkeypox virus” in the bodily fluid/tissue/excrement of any diseased “host” (animal or human) and then purifying this alleged “virus”… which would have been necessary in order for this alleged particle to have been sequenced, characterized and studied with valid scientific controlled experiments.

Larry Stinson, the man who acts as Director of Operations at the “non-profit” Peterborough Public Health decided he's had quite enough of my “frivolous and/or vexatious” requirements for scientific evidence and bizarrely asserted that my requests amounted to an “abuse of the right of access” and “interferes” with PPH’s scam… err… operations. Larry used this as an excuse to deny access to: all records in the possession, custody or control of Peterborough Public Health that formed the basis of Thomas Piggott and PPH’s claim that “monkeypox virus” had been confirmed in Peterborough.[Link]

August 9, 2022:
Larry Stinson acting as Director of Operations at the “non-profit” Peterborough Public Health (PPH) has declared war on transparency and accountability and reached a new low in the wacky world of “virus” FOIs. Larry now labels anyone asking for evidence of any alleged “virus” as “frivolous and/or vexatious”. Darren, a concerned and hardly-frivolous parent in Peterborough filed his first-ever FOI to PPH and is now on the receiving end of Larry’s willful obstruction and potentially slanderous accusations. Instead of providing Darren with documentation that forms the basis of Thomas Piggot and PPH’s claims that “monkeypox virus” was confirmed in Peterborough, Larry claimed that Darren’s FOI “is frivolous and/or vexatious, in that it is part of a pattern of conduct that amounts to an abuse of the right of access and interferes with the operations of Peterborough Public Health”. (Darren then filed an appeal with Patricia Kosseim who acts as Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC), but according to Lorne Swartz who acts as Registrar the IPC had basically become useless, having closed their office in March 2020 and being too incompetent to handle appeals remotely. Grey Bruce Health Unit (Ontario) confessed to Jess Clark that, despite announcing to the community in July that a case of “monkeypox virus” had been “confirmed”, they actually have no proof of this at all and they don’t even have any record of anyone on Earth finding the alleged virus in any bodily fluid/tissue and purifying it, ever, so that scientific investigation could actually take place:[Link]

One person gets sick, then another, then another,.." A perfect example of basic public ignorance about science, not knowing the fact that if the existence of a certain organism is hypothesized, it is up to the hypothesis maker to prove it, and should not be assumed to be true unless proven otherwise.

And  this has been posted in a mainstream media outlet, The Canberra Daily. ALERT: When i clicked on the URL, i initially got taken to the paper’s main page, where i found this article by looking around, even though this is the article’s URL. It works now, but you might need to do a search for it once there.

Can “germs” make you sick? Dr Sam Bailey, 8/14/24.  Dr Sam Bailey is a medical author and health educator from New Zealand. Her books include Virus Mania, Terrain Therapy and The Final Pandemic.

If your doctor thinks that “germs” make you sick, unfortunately the wool has been pulled over their eyes. Sadly, they are a victim of a long-standing fraud that is part of the reason the medico-pharmaceutical industry is a blood-splattered “killing field“. When I was a medical student, the concept of “germs” making us sick was barely questioned. In fact, it was so indoctrinated through our tuition and text books it was not even referred to as ‘germ theory’ – I only discovered that term and the related term ‘terrain theory’ years later.

If you are wondering how this situation came to be, the answer is on public display in the online encyclopaedia Wikipedia where the claim is made that:
 “The germ theory of disease is the currently accepted scientific theory for many diseases. It states that microorganisms known as pathogens or “germs” can cause disease. {Germs} invade humans, other animals, and other living hosts.” [emphasis added by Dr Bailey]

One of the reasons that almost no doctors have questioned the germ theory is that a scientific theory is supposed to be one that has stood the test of time. It implies that all attempts to disprove the original idea have failed. However, the reality is something quite different and the germ hypothesis was shown to be patently incorrect long ago.

In the early 1900s, the emerging medico-pharmaceutical industry was making heroes of figures such as Louis Pasteur and Robert Koch for their apparent discoveries of disease-dealing germs. However, what has been largely hidden from the public is that contemporaries such as Dr Thomas Powell and Dr John Fraser had already disproved all of their claims. As germ theory researcher Mike Stone of ViroLIEgy reported: “Dr. Fraser utilized millions of the highly ‘virulent’ germs of diphtheria, pneumonia, typhoid, meningitis, and tuberculosis and fed them to volunteers in various ways. In all instances in over 150 experiments conducted over a 5-year period, no disease ever occurred in any of the volunteers.”

It got even worse for the germ theorists in the Spanish flu era. The doctors and scientists of the day were convinced that the “deadliest pandemic in history” was caused by a contagious germ (later declared to be a “virus”). However, in 1918, the United States Public Health Service commissioned a series of human experiments under the supervision of Dr Milton Rosenau. All sorts of attempts were made to transmit illness from bed-bound patients to healthy volunteers including directly injecting samples from the sick into the well. The result? In no instances was the so-called highly contagious condition able to be transmitted from one person to another.

This sort of information is not known to the average doctor and most continue to believe to this day that “germs” are not only disease and death-dealing but also highly contagious. They would no doubt be astounded to read the recently published book Can You Catch a Cold? by Australian investigator Daniel Roytas who has uncovered over a century of untold medical history and collated more than 200 human transmission experiments. The conclusion is inescapable: the belief that a cold or flu can be ‘caught’ from someone else is not supported by the balance of the scientific evidence. 

This is not to say that people do not get sick in clusters but it is clearly a grave mistake to conclude that these events can only be explained by “germs”. As I wrote in the foreword for Can You Catch a Cold?: “…conditions such as scurvy and pellagra were once thought to be contagious diseases because groups of people would experience the same symptoms at the same time. Only later did it become apparent that these conditions were the result of nutritional deficiencies. People are also affected by others in numerous ways and this book documents fascinating ‘outbreaks’ of illness due to psychological factors alone.”

We have spent years searching the scientific literature for evidence that “germs” can attack healthy people and make them sick. The evidence does not exist. Instead what we have found is “indirect evidence” such as epidemiological data and a series of excuses that are continuously introduced to maintain the failed hypothesis. This includes unethical and pointless experiments that are supposed to show microbes are dangerous by injecting them directly into the lungs and brains of laboratory animals. These experiments do not replicate natural exposure routes and are further invalidated by their lack of valid controls, a crucial requirement of the scientific method.

Microbes can certainly be present and may multiply greatly in diseased parts of the body. However, they are simply acting as the clean up crew in response to what caused the tissue to become compromised in the first place. The wise doctor therefore seeks to address the underlying problem, not launch a pointless attack on the microbes that are simply doing their vital job.

It is of the upmost importance for everyone to be aware of the fallacies behind germ “theory” – not only for their personal health but also because of how this misconception is now being used as a tool to control entire societies. As we wrote in the introduction to our book, The Final Pandemic: “Humanity is under assault from ‘pandemics’ but not for the reasons that the mainstream sources portray…The belief that germs from the natural environment (or a laboratory) are attacking us has led most of the population to go along with lockdowns, civil rights restrictions, unprecedented peacetime censorship and more vaccines.”

The choice is in our hands: continue to accept this dreadful “scientific theory” that only benefits megalomaniacs and special interest groups within the pandemic industry or call it out for the complete fraud that it is and has always been.

I, and others of #novirus, say viruses do not exist and bacteria do not cause disease. Sickness is a result of a multitude of reasons, such as malnutrition, pollution, toxins, emf, stress, trauma, etc. But viruses do not exist. The people of the DRC are severely malnourished.[I prefer to say “Viruses have not been proven to exist.”]

1 in 4 are in a food crisis The food they do have is not very nutritious. A diet of mostly plant based corn, cassava, and potatoes will not meet your nutrition requirements. We need protein to run our detox systems. The Eastern parts of the DRC is where the Monkey Pox "epidemic" started. North and South Kiru. In addition to severe malnourishment, "illness" is seen usually in very dirty and polluted environments. North and South Kiru is full of mining sites.

Mining in Africa is a very dirty business with little to no regulation. No protective gear for workers. When mining a particular metal, there are many other minerals in the ground, such as arsenic as well. Just like in 1800s England, kids are used as cheap labor. What else happens in the quest for gold and minerals? WAR! War has been raging in the eastern Congo for AT LEAST 6 DECADES. No doubt it is over territorial disputes in regards to mining. War brings stress and trauma, more factors in illness.

In Feb 2024, the war is intensifying. You haven't heard of any of this tragedy going on in the Congo, but now, you're being told a "virus" called MonkeyPox is the cause of these poor people's illness. I hope you are finally realizing that what you have been told about viruses your entire life is BS. The only way to stop these psychopaths is to learn the truth. Viruses do not exist and bacteria do not cause disease. When you learn this, you can stop taking their vaccines and their pharma drugs that just make you sicker. You can figure out what to do for your health.

My comments. Paul’s new book is Deception: The Great Covid Cover-Up.  He claims 2003 SARS came from nature, there in fact is no proof it ever existed.. He claims that by looking  at “ equences" from the very beginning of COVID one can tell that this is a bio-weapon. There are in fact no such sequences, only in silico computer creations using AI programs.    He asserts that the super computer model of “COVID” genome shows it is a perfect match for humans. The virus was pre adapted for that end. In fact,  the SARS-CoV-2 virus which allegedly causes “COVID-19” exists only IN SILICO, and no one has any proof for the physical isolation and purification of it.

We are pleased to announce that an improved version of The COVID-19 Fraud & War on Humanity, published by Dr Mark Bailey and Dr John Bevan-Smith in November 2021, is now available for free download. The updated version includes a new cover, a live table of contents and a more easy to access PDF. This one went big in late 2021 with Mark and John losing track of its distribution after it reached over 200,000 people and had been translated into several other languages.

The essay was written in support of anticipated legal action against the key perpetrators of the COVID-19 fraud in New Zealand. Originally planned to be around 5,000 words, it quickly expanded to over 14,000 as the two authors decided to cover the virological fraud, PCR misuse, modelling mayhem, perverse financial incentivisation and crimes against humanity under the globalist agenda. As soon as they finished writing I produced a 3-part video series of the essay which despite being banned by Big Tech gained over 100,000 views on my platforms alone.

The essay has stood the test of time although those that have followed us for years will know that we have endeavoured to continually develop, refine and strengthen our arguments since 2020. It is certainly worth reading this essay, even if you read it in 2021, as it documents many of the preposterous events that were taking place on a worldwide scale during the early phases of COVID-19. It also covers many of the key figures including Peter Thiel, Anthony Fauci, Christian Drosten, Bill Gates, Peter Daszak, Klaus Schwab, Tedros Ghebreyesus, Fan Wu, Peng Zhou, and Leon Caly. And who can forget the incredible interview when Eric Coppolino exposed the fraud of PCR clinical diagnostics as he pressed Professor Stephen Bustin to the limit.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a fraud because its alleged causal agent, a purported novel coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2, has not been proven to exist in nature and therefore has not been established as the cause of COVID-19, the disease and pandemic invented by the World Health Organisation (WHO). For the selfsame reason there are no variants of the “virus”, which likewise exist only hypothetically in computers, cloud-based gene banks and in the minds of innocent people who have been comprehensively gulled by their governments.

The COVID-19 fraud, with its numerous preposterous claims, constitutes nothing less than a war on humanity by organisations such as Anser, Fors Marsh, and Palantir that conduct the scam through Big Pharma, with its backers and enablers, including the World Economic Forum, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the WHO, technology conglomerates, the mainstream media, complicit governments, and COVID “pirates” such as UNC Chapel Hill and Imperial College London, to a one beneficiaries of the fraud.

COVID-19 is a war on humanity because politicians and their governments continue to use this imaginary disease to terrorise and imprison their citizens, denying them guaranteed human rights and freedoms, and violating their once inviolable bodies with highly experimental and hazardous injections that contain a computer-generated spike protein mRNA sequence that instructs the body to poison itself. These nefarious injections, which also contain undeclared non-biological objects for undeclared purposes, are injuring millions and killing many thousands of people around the world, including up to 218 New Zealanders as at 2 October 2021.

A virological fraud lies at the heart of these crimes against humanity – that SARS-CoV-2 has never been physically isolated or shown to be the aetiological (causal) agent of COVID-19. In this article, the authors examine the illusory world of virology to explain how a virus that no one has seen or knows where it has come from, that no one knows what it does or where it is going, is, according to the fraudsters, stealing across borders and boundaries and coming to get you no matter where you are. How can it be, the authors ask, that this phantasmagorical madness has morphed into a world redolent with fear in which democratic governments have abandoned democratic principles to engage in the control and “deletion of human beings” that may be just a “variant” away from turning into World War III?

For without the instantiated presence of SARS-CoV-2 there are no COVID-19 cases to count, and therefore no ground or justification for any government’s response to a phantom pandemic This assault on humanity relies on a trojan horse to deliver the fraud into our minds and bodies, making possible the fulfilment of the globalist agenda of a population control grid with the apparent ultimate aim of controlling populations in every way possible.

While debates go on around the world regarding the origins of COVID-19, the latest case numbers, its lethality, and the effectiveness of the so-called vaccines, the participants in these debates seem to take something for granted: that a virus actually exists. The vast majority of the public and the medical profession are unaware that the trojan horse is modern virology and its anti-scientific methods that assert the existence of viruses such as SARS-CoV-2. Most would be surprised to learn that the “virus” has never been found inside a single human or shown to be the cause of any disease.

VIROLOGY’S DOUBLE DECEPTION

The COVID-19 crime against humanity requires the absence of this virus so there is no material reference against which the make-believe genome can be cross-checked, to establish, for instance, whether or not the purported SARS-CoV-2 proteins specifically stem from the alleged virus.

This illusory trick relies on virology’s double deception: (a) the substitution of the dictionary and scientifically postulated meaning of the noun isolation for its opposite; and (b) the substitution of the fake proxy of inducing cytopathic effects (CPEs) by inoculating typically abnormal cell lines in vitro for the postulated proxy of infecting a healthy or non-diseased host in vivo to establish causality between the purported pathogen and the disease. However, even using “normal” cell lines would not establish causality by Koch’s postulates or any other scientific postulates, as they are simply test tube observations involving alleged viruses.

This double deception constitutes a violation of postulates on which the scientific community has long depended. This physical absence makes of SARS-CoV-2 a fail-safe fraud, one that industry-funded virologists applaud and one that the medico-pharmaceutical complex both exploits and rewards. So obscure is this black art and so arcane its language that few among the general public would stop to question it. Even Stephen Bustin, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) expert and creator of the MIQE protocols designed to tame the RT-PCR “Wild West”, falls for this virological fraud, as he revealed in his interview with Eric Coppolino:…..

FOUR PILLARS OF THE COVID-19 FRAUD

THE FIRST PILLAR: ISOLATION…...
In 1954, scientists reported that they had evidence of the measles virus based on the observation that a sample from a measles patient had killed some cells in a test tube. These appearances are known as “cytopathic effects”. The authors admitted that “while there is no ground for concluding that the factors in vivo {in a human]}are the same as those which underlie the formation of giant cells and the nuclear disturbances in vitro [{n the test tube}, the appearance of these phenomena…might be associated with the virus of measles.”….

There are, of course, the images of what are claimed to be the virus causing all our problems. However, the colourful 3D images are nothing more than computer generated images representing an artist’s impression. They have been used by media around the world to fuel the imaginations of the public that a tiny microbe that looks like a sea mine that could hit then sink them at any time. As for the electron micrograph images put forward in the scientific publications, these simply show nano-particles in and around culture cells as described in the laboratory experiments above. They are alleged to be the SARS-CoV-2 viruses based on arbitrary declarations. By definition, a virus is an infectious particle that can cause a disease in a living host. None of these key properties has been demonstrated in any of the virological experiments describing purported isolation and pathogenesis…..

Fan Wu et al.

Rather than using the method widely used by virologists for claiming isolation and pathogenicity through inducing CPEs, Fan Wu et al., the first inventors of the SARS-CoV-2 genome, sent the sample extracted from the patient’s lung fluid straight to sequencing for two de novo assembly platforms to search for short genetic fragments or “reads”. It is important to note that the samples sent for sequencing were not physically isolated viruses but crude samples containing millions of unique genetic fragments from the patient himself, innumerable microbes, even from the air the patient had breathed on the way to the hospital. Over 56.5 million reads were produced from this genetic “soup” and pieced together to create 384,096 contigs (long genetic sequences) on Megahit, and 1.32 million contigs on Trinity. Perhaps with a predisposition to prove their unproven canard that there is “the ongoing ability of viral spill-over from animal to cause severe disease in humans”, Fan Wu et al. chose the longest (30,474 nucleotides), which, they claimed, had a nucleotide identity of 89.1% with the in silico bat coronavirus genome (SL-CoVZC45) invented in 2018. 

Thus, a “genome” that was as close genetically as a human is to an Abyssinian house cat became the template used for primer design for the RT-PCR method to supposedly detect a virus that had not been shown to exist. Subsequently, it was decided that the genome needed a cut and paste, perhaps to make it look even closer to the 29,802 nucleotides of the bat model SL-CoVZC45 and it was reduced to 29,875 nucleotides in the next version on GenBank. But the artists weren’t finished with their creation and a third and final model was drawn with a completely different terminal sequence featuring 23 consecutive adenine bases, which, hey presto, looked more like the bat model that featured 26 consecutive adenine bases on its tail. It is unclear how the virologists knew which “genome” to choose when all of the options were hypothetical computer constructs. It thus quickly becomes apparent that the anti-science of virology and the perversion of the word “isolation” is not only delusional but also highly misleading and no basis for anything, let alone the health and well-being of whole populations….

Peng Zhou et al.

Similar pseudo-scientific methods and the same false claim of isolation are found in the paper of Peng Zhou et al., received by Nature 13 days after Fan Wu et al.’s but published online in the same volume, 579, on the same day, 3 February 2020. These authors likewise claim successful isolation of what they call “2019-nCoV BetaCoV/Wuhan/WIVO4/2019” (EPI_ISL_402124) but on the basis of the CPEs they observed in three cell lines. However, these are illegitimate proxies for the postulated infection of a healthy (non-diseased) animal or host…..

Na Zhu et al.

Published in The New England Journal of Medicine on 20 February 2020, Na Zhu et al. describe their study of lower respiratory tract samples, including bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), collected from four patients with pneumonia of unknown cause, all of whom had visited the Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan shortly before their clinical presentation.

Despite claiming isolation of the virus, it is clear that the authors do not mean “isolation” in the dictionary and postulated sense but virology’s substituted antonymic meaning and the substitution of diseased for non-diseased host cells to establish causality between a purported virus and the patient’s illness….

THE SECOND PILLAR: GENOMIC SEQUENCING

This unfolding worldwide tragedy has in large part been enabled by the descent of science “ -the systematic study of the nature and behaviour of the material and physical universe, based on observation, experiment, and measurement” – into scientism, “the uncritical application of scientific methods to inappropriate fields of study”. This has become a secularised system of belief that relies for its authority on its own performativity and the presupposition of phenomenological pre-existence in which assumptions and hypotheses are treated as conclusive and abstractions are treated as replications of the real……

THE THIRD PILLAR: PCR

The third pillar of the COVID-19 fraud concerns the misapplication of the PCR (modified as RT-PCR, reverse-transcriptase-PCR in order to detect single-stranded RNA because the PCR can only reliably amplify DNA). This misapplication centres on the amplification of RNA sequences taken from human subjects said to belong to SARS-CoV-2 and also a disease termed COVID-19. However, the PCR cannot confirm either of these things; its capability is solely confined to the amplification of the selected nucleotide sequences, not to determining their provenance or significance.

This fraud, then, relies on the attribution of meaning to the amplified sequences, which is supplied by: (a) reference to the imaginary in silico genome and not to a proven physical entity called SARS-CoV-2; and (b) a “disease” that with absurd circular reasoning has been defined by the PCR result itself. SARS-CoV-2 has never been located in a human subject, isolated, purified and subsequently photographed and biochemically characterised as a whole unique structure. It has not been proven to exist in nature; in fact, key component parts were patented in 2007 which, by definition, would require them to be man-made. With regard to the short nucleotide sequences being detected by the PCR kits in use, they exist but come from somewhere else, not from a virus labelled “SARS-CoV-2.”…….

THE FOURTH PILLAR: OUTBREAK MODELLING

The astronomical case numbers produced by the PCR method became the basis of the reproduction number (R0) that initialised all COVID-19 outbreak models. Yet even relying on these worthless numbers, outbreak modelling, long notorious for its predictive fallibility, still managed to produce predictions that were spectacularly preposterous…..

Since the Epidemic Preparedness (COVID-19) Notice 2020 came into force on 25 March 2020, we have been living in the state of exception, which may be described as a liminal space between law and life where the law no longer applies and where pure force appropriates lawlessness unto itself in order to make itself the law.96 Positioned in a kind of “no-man’s land between public law and political fact”, the state of exception “is not a dictatorship (whether constitutional or unconstitutional, commissarial or sovereign) but a space devoid of law, a zone of anomie in which all legal determinations—and above all the very distinction between public and private —are deactivated.” Our homes as prisons, our bodies no longer inviolate, the mark of the needle, like the Star of David, the determiner of who is included and who is excluded, all embody the state of exception and may be considered harbingers of what lies ahead.

In closing, we hope that this essay might both encourage and help you to prepare for what lies ahead. For in this current climate, in this state of political entrapment, circumstances will only continue to deteriorate unless we rise up peacefully en masse to claim back what we have now learned is so easy to lose – democracy, the rule of law, and human rights and freedoms bequeathed over many hundreds of years but stolen by this government in less than two, all on the basis of an imbecilic fraud that nonetheless has terrorised and divided the people of New Zealand to the point of dysfunction, dividing families and friends, lovers, soul mates, colleagues and best mates. Unless we turn out of office by all peaceful and lawful means this iniquitous government and we the people as the People govern ourselves in a form of dispersed, direct and inclusive democracy uniquely adapted to the circumstances of this place so that we can live ethical lives in harmony with each other, we will continue to be held in the chains of terror in which more and more of us will be state-raped, injured and die from the poison being injected into our bodies to combat a disease that does not exist.

Ending this edition, 4IR. Lots of media distortions are flying around regarding the status of the Gaza “ceasefire” negotiations in Doha, Qatar. The corporate media, including Al Jazeera (an outlet of the Qatari government) are all spinning the situation as “progress being made, though serious issues remain.” That’s exactly what the US government and the governments of its allies, including Egypt and Qatar, want the world to think in order to avoid a wider regional conflict.  But this report from Israel’s largest media outlet calls this into question. And then, maybe the idea is to push Hamas into submission to the the will of the US and its allies.

Hamas turns down American hostage deal proposal after talks. US brings forth new outline of hostage deal which is based on the agreed issues; Prime Minister's Office: 'We hope the mediators will lead Hamas to accept'; Biden: 'closer than we've ever been' Itamar Eichner, Lior Ben Ari, Einav Halabi, 8/16/24.  

The two-day summit in Qatar ended on Friday, and according to the mediators, the talks between the working groups will continue. In the coming days, the sides will discuss to summarize the details of the implementation of the deal, and another summit will be held in Cairo, where the parties will arrive to finalize the deal. U.S. President Joe Biden said "closer than we've ever been."

Despite the optimism, the Hamas delegation made it clear to foreign news agencies that they do not accept the new conditions. After the terror organization stated it would not send a delegation to the summit, a senior Hamas official told Reuters they were informed about the results of the summit and wished for the July 2 outline. Senior Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri turned down the American proposal and claimed "The American administration is trying to create a false optimistic atmosphere, and it has no intention of ending the war.”

The Hamas-affiliated Quds network stated that the terrorist organization rejects the "new conditions". According to AFP, one of the Hamas officials was quoted demanding "a complete cease-fire, a complete withdrawal from the Strip, a normal return of the displaced and a (prisoner) exchange deal.” The Prime Minister's Office said this evening that "Israel appreciates the efforts of the U.S. and the mediators to dissuade Hamas from its refusal to accept the hostage release deal. Israel hopes the mediators' pressure will lead Hamas to accept the May 27 outline (the Israeli proposal presented by Biden) so the agreements' details can be implemented.”

Although each side talks about a different date of outline, the differences in practice remain the demand for a military presence in the Philadelphi route, and the establishment of a mechanism to ensure that no armed operatives cross into northern Gaza through the Netzer Corridor. The Israeli delegation said the talks were positive, and that the working groups will continue.

The United States, Qatar, and Egypt issued a joint statement at the end of the summit, in which they confirmed that the United States presented a new outline in the discussions. This outline closes the gaps between the parties. According to the mediators, the U.S., Qatar, and Egypt presented both sides with a bridging proposal based on the outline presented by President Biden on May 31 and approved by the Security Council. The new proposal builds on the agreements reached and bridges the remaining gaps, allowing for a rapid implementation of the agreement…...
