From 9/11 to 3/11, Part 2, a personal journey.

"Science" used for deception, vs using actual science.

[Note: I don’t capitalize “i”  unless it starts a sentence.  “You,” he,” “she,” “we,” “they” are not capitalized likewise.  It’s my rebellious stance against the self-centeredness and self-absorption which are so prevalent in this culture.]

A STORY OF A STAGED PANDEMIC

Cut to early 2020. As stories of what looked like a pandemic emerged from China, and signs of this supposedly spreading elsewhere mounted, my initial reaction was to believe the basic framework of the story. My trust in my ability to discern facts about biology was far lower than even my trust in my ability to analyze structures had been on 9/11, no matter my subsequent experience.

Biology was not a science i had known well, i had a year in high school, but nothing in college, it was not required for my major. unlike chemistry and (even more) physics. Medicine was even more of a mystery to me.

i had simply assumed the science behind virology was solid, had never questioned it, in spite of vigorously questioning the entire mechanistic materialism science paradigm upon which virus theory and indeed our entire model of “health” is based. This line of thinking basically regards humans as individual electro-mechanical devices.

I was again staying in “my lane.” And i have a lot of science background. So imagine how someone would feel if they are without such a background, or even with a deep-seated belief that they totally lack even the capacity to understand such stuff.

I also believed that the human species, or rather the capitalist system it had been dominated by for centuries, had degraded the environment so much that it was letting loose all sorts of pathogens and creating new ones. Thus, a pandemic driven by a novel virus seemed like our just deserts.

And i also believed Trump was wheeling in fascism. So i just watched in despair as the lockdown happened, hoping that maybe someone would come up with a miracle cure or at least an antidote to this super virus. This is what i was sending my email lists.

Right there, Soula, who brought me into the group which was to become the Consortium in ’02, almost exactly 18 years earlier, wrote me that she was having doubts about what’s going on, and mentioned some items she had read, and a list of friends she had started, people who were also skeptical.

I told her i didn’t feel very confident about my knowledge of biology, whereas 9/11 was a cinch once i lost my trance and started consulting my knowledge. But i joined.

I soon came across a piece by the highly-regarded Sanford University statistician John Ioannidis with some really intense stuff about the stats of the event, especially around the Diamond Princess cruise ship. The ship’s crew and passengers seemed to have a very low fatality and even “infection” rate , in spite of being like a petri dish. (i still believed in that notion, of course, and had no idea of the actual nature of such tests)

I had gotten scared over the prospect of chocking to death on my own snot, and was still imprisoned in the virus paradigm. Nonetheless, i started questioning the massive wave of fear gripping the world. And the endless extensions of what had been “2-3 weeks lockdown to flatten the curve” started making me realize something really ugly was going on.

One web page led to another. Soon i was aware that there were basic problems with the tests which presumably determined whether one had “COVID” or not, with the stats in general, and with the notion that masks and lockdowns did anything for public health.

Medical science and “public health” began losing their mystique for me as somehow being fields of knowledge which were free from complete domination by the forces of capital.

I began reading of background agendas, regarding how the entire lockdown and set of countermeasures were setting the stage for a transition to a society which was displaced from the physical world onto online existence. A resistance movement appeared to be forming and growing.

It was around Summer 2020 that i first started encountering the work of people such as Dr. Andrew Kaufman [See his videos here] and Dr. Tom Cowan [See his videos here]. They were going way past questioning the countermeasures being adopted to deal with the “Pandemic” and raising objections to virus theory in general.

I discovered terrain theory, an alternative to germ/virus theory of disease. I found it very powerful. It seemed far more in line with process philosophy, vs the germ/virus theory which was totally tied into mechanistic materialism thinking.

The November 2020 challenge to the Corman-Drosten paper which had established the protocol for the tests which were used to determine “Covid cases” piqued my interest. Among its writers was a Dr Kevin Corbett, who had done work starting back in the 1980s on the alleged HIV virus which was said to be the cause of AIDS.

I couldn’t help noticing that one of the bases for the challenge was the failure of the designers of the protocol to calibrate the test with an actual virus. which they admitted. Luckily, the challenge paper is still available online, due to the Internet Archive.

But i found strong resistance to these perspectives among those in the.... “resistance.” This was partly a feeling like this line of questioning was going too far, i.e. beyond where they felt comfortable going, and partly a fear that “the public wasn’t ready to hear this. It’s crazy and will destroy unity.” I went along in hopes of getting along.

The advent of the shots presented an imperative, with people facing loss of jobs and housing, and loss of access to vital services. The immediate seemed to take priority. Meanwhile, i gained increasing awareness of the fact that we were all being pushed into a Blockchain-based global digital prison.

In this new world, life would be controlled by Tokenomics, digital tokens used to direct our behavior towards “socially desirable” modes and provide information for social impact investors who will be able to use us as investment instruments. And “pandemic” has been used as a major, probably the major justification for this program.

This is a whole field of knowledge which i became aware of thanks to the likes of researcher Alison McDowell at Wrench In the Gears. This became my second (though relatively minor) focus. Little time left to explore the virus question.

In January 2021, i came across an article by Torsten Engelbrecht, Stefano Scoglio and Konstantin Demeter on how the virus had never been proven to exist. It was quite astounding to read the methods used to ascertain the existence of the alleged virus.

One of the features which boggled my mind was how the computer programs used to assemble the alleged virus’s genome used the (also computer-generated) genome of the SARS-CoV-1 virus as a model because the researchers assumed that something like it was present. This was basically the same logic applied by NIST investigators in regards to the WTC analysis, even if in reverse, as they had assumed explosives were not present.

By Summer 2021, the dam broke. I started seeing too much stuff calling the existence of the virus into question. The Corman-Dtosten matter came up again as the CDC announced it would no longer use the PCR test after 12/31/21 due to the lack of proper validation. At least that’s what was stated. It’s more likely it wanted to go to multiplex PCR tests.

I dug up the January article by Engelbrecht, Scoglio and Demeter., while i also came across yet more material. While i still prioritized stat data calling into question the seriousness of the “pandemic,” i increasingly started questioning the whole ball of wax.

In the meantime, another perspective gained support within the movement, the idea that the alleged virus was created in a bio-lab, most likely in Wuhan, and either accidentally leaked to the outside or was purposefully released.

Lots of activists were quite eager to latch on to this idea. It reinforced the notion that key government players like Anthony Fauci were evil-doers willing to do anything to get the public to accept the awful and dangerous shots.

Many movement celebrities began pushing this narrative. They included talk show host Del Bigtree of The High Wire, Dr Richard Fleming, the Doctors Kory/Malone/McCullough triumvirate and Robert F Kennedy Jr, head of Children’s Health Defense and a long time critic of some vaccine programs. Overlooked was the fact that the mass media had began putting forth this notion right at the very beginning of the entire operation.

Even back at start, some within the movement had already adopted this “bio-weapon” notion. These were people such as law professor Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois, who in fact had contended that the government and mass media were actually understating the severity of the “pandemic” to cover up a population reduction scheme.

Simultaneously came a growing wave of rumors-fed fear that the jabbed were shedding materials resulting from them being jabbed, and infecting others. There were even voices calling for the isolation of those jabbed, not a hint of how anything like this could be remotely accepted and enforced.

Like so much of what had passed for “truth” in the movement, this turned out to have zero foundation in any science and actual observations obtained via the scientific method. Many have been disoriented by this notion and many of them remain so to this day.

I started reading lots of material by Doctors Sam and Mark Bailey, Tom Cowan, Andrew Kaufman, “Nurse Rose” who was doing the Press4Truth blog (whom i learned, after her passing in December 2022, was Debbie Rose Lusignan, the “Sane Progressive” from the ‘10s) and others. See here.

I also learned of historical work dating back to the 1980s and 1990s challenging an earlier alleged “pandemic” and the alleged virus responsible for it, HIV. This was work done by the likes of the late Eleni Papadopulos Eleopulos and her associates in Australia’s Perth Group and the late Canadian researcher David Crowe.

That September, i came across the work of Christine Massey, who obtained downright admissions from an increasing number of public health agencies around the world, responding to her FOI requests that they had no proof of the isolation and purification of the virus, and knew of no one else who did.

Reading her evaluation of the situation was quite a revelation, as to how flimsy was the entire basis upon which the alleged existence of SARS-CoV-2 rested. See here. Sam Bailey is one of the co-authors (along with Torsten Engelbrecht and Stafano Scoglio) of the latest edition of Virus Mania. This is a fabulous book which should be read as widely as possible. Seeing video presentations by Sam Bailey was particularly informative. Dr Bailey also has a Substack blog.

Her husband Mark, who participated in some of these and did a few of his own,. He also authored a bunch of excellent articles, one of which, posted in September 2022, A Farewell to Virology, should be required reading on the part of anyone interested in the historical background and glaring fundamental flaws of virology.

In late 2021, Robert F Kennedy Jr (aka Bobby Jr) released his new book about Anthony Fauci. the first chapter was titled “Mismanaging the Pandemic.” It put forth much analysis by Doctors Pierre Kory, Robert Malone and Peter McCullough, who claimed that the number of deaths due to “COVID” (they fully accepted official stats, not to mention the “Pandemic/COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2” narrative) could have been greatly cut.

To do that, Bobby Jr and the doctors advocated “alternative” ways to deal with the “Pandemic,” best summarized by Malone in an August 2021 tweet, since deleted when his Twitter page was shut down (before being brought back in 2022). This was “Surveillance, testing, treatment,” with the latter to be done with “repurposed drugs” like Ivermectin.

After 2022 commenced, i came across the work of Mike Stone at his web page. and my mind was blown quite open. Here was someone with basically my own previous knowledge of the field, rather than a medical professional, demonstrating how so much of it was nothing more than mysticism and hand waving, having little to do with science, and not that hard to analyze critically. Stone also has a Substack blog.

He provided me with a major critical piece of information. This was that a 1918 series of experiments carried out by senior US Navy doctor Milton Rosenau to determine the manner of transmission of the virus of allegedly caused the “Spanish” Flu (which actually had started in Kansas) failed to create even a single case of transmission.

The “Spanish” Flu was supposedly the most infectious disease ever, whether caused by a virus or a bacteria. This inability to cause infection of healthy people by ones sick with this disease should have seriously called the entire Contagion Theory into question. Seeing the video “The Viral Delusion” by Mike Wallach that March blew away whatever beliefs i still clung to about both virology as well as my alleged inability to really understand it because i wasn’t an expert. It’s in five parts, the first and longest of which is still free.

So did coming upon the work of authors Dawn Lester and David Parker, who put forth “What Really Makes Us Ill”,” a book as well as a web page. Lester also has a Substack page.

A huge piece of information which i came upon was that in the 1910s, the interests centered around the Rockefeller Standard Oil trust combined with the up-and-coming American Medical Association to put together a commission to study health care and the system of medical education in the US.

The commission, headed by Abraham Flexner, whose brother Simon headed the Rockefeller Institute (today Rockefeller University) issued a report whose essence was that the AMA should be placed in charge of changing both the health care and education aspects of medicine, and that allopathic medicine should be given a monopoly over both. A corrupt US Congress actually approved this hostile takeover in 1917. Similar takeovers were implemented the world over. Needless to say, this has had a massive effect upon the way people even conceive of health and health care providers, not to mention how medicine is taught and done.

And then, i encountered the work of investigative reporter Eric Francis Coppolino and his investigative team at Planet Waves, which deeply involves the work of researcher deluxe Cindy Tice Ragusa. It has provided the expose of the inner scam, the sham tests used to convince the world’s population that it was facing a global pandemic brought on by a novel virus whose documentation proved elusive.

In April 2022 i saw an interview of Coppolino by Dr Sam Bailey. In the video of that interview, the likes of mainstream PCR specialists like Steve Bustin admitted that the PCR can only detect specific sequences of nucleic acid, cannot find a whole genome. This is particularly true when that genome has never been isolated, as there is nothing to really match to. Covid Chronology & the PCR : Conversation w/ Dr. Sam Bailey, Dec 6, 2022.

I also learned his team had assembled the by-far best chronology around tracking the entire event i came to call Operation “Pandemic,” starting years before it began and getting detailed to the point of providing daily accounts by 2020 It is still getting updated.

Coppolino has been an investigative reporter specializing in toxic wastes and chemical industry fraud for just about 40 years, starting in his student days at SUNY Buffalo, when he started covering the story of the aftermath of the disaster wrought by the chemical and radioactive waste site known as Love Canal, in Niagara Falls, New York.

And Coppolino brought to my attention another and essential aspect of Operation “Pandemic”; It was enabled by the 50 years of human society transitioning from analog humans, perhaps disoriented by electronic media but still within their bodies, to digital humans, disembodied, rendered into phantoms, readied for a full digital takeover of society. In July 2022, Coppolino’s team (to which i had been added) reported on a major breakthrough understanding the claimed “sequencing” of SARS-CoV-2. This development went deep into the sequence shell game probing the origins of Fan Wu’s MN908947 and Li-Li Ren’s 402123. Those who are fans of the “Little Dog essay” on Medium will get many more clues what that was really about (pertaining to the Vision Medicals team).

The alleged virus, per the people who wrote the early papers which claimed discovery of this alleged novel virus, papers which have served as the basis of all subsequent research, is nothing more than files filled with computer code. This is a fact one discovers by reading the all-important Methods sections of these papers.

All the alleged genomes of “SARS CoV-2” and its alleged variants go back to these experiments. In them, computer programs were used to assemble hypothetical genomes out of hundreds of millions of short segments of nucleic acid found in lab samples and converted to computer code.

The researchers/paper writers got 400,000 to 1.2 million possible genomes, depending upon the program used, They then selected one based upon its length and similarity to an alleged viral genome which was itself the result of computer assembly, and fudged even that.

These AI-generated computer files were used to provide primers for tests like the PCR, which then search for specific segments of nucleic acid in people who are allegedly infected, as the test simply amplifies selected genetic sequences regardless of their provenance, sequences which have never been proven to be associated with any specific organism. One can jokingly say that these tests are searching for computer code inside human bodies.

The early months of 2022 also brought the Canadian and later US truckers protests. With them came new exhortations on the part of established activists to not look too far beyond the allegedly tried-and-true, as we had to throw everything we had towards helping out the truckers.

Failing that, the “health freedom” movement’s established voices have proceeded to try to trash those contesting the notion that the virus had been proven to exist and the tests were valid even if inaccurate and poorly used. Their main argument has rested upon ... science, or rather the alleged inability of anyone except trained virologists, not even other trained medical and science professionals, to really understand the procedures of virology.

It’s like there’s nostalgia for 2002-3, twenty years later. In fact, some of the same people who were preaching “don’t waste your time on the physical evidence” are now telling everyone around them to not waste their time trying to figure out the “proof of virus existence” matter.

Non-scientists like blogger Jeremy Hammond are telling the movement to “trust the science” and pretend to explain it. They demonstrate their utter lack of understanding when they for instance insist that whole genome sequencing, the breaking up of a know genome into its parts, is the same as metagenomics and its assembling of alleged genomes from short segments of nucleic acid.

I have come to understand the last three years we have experienced as a period by the “Pandemic/COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2” con job, a disinformation narrative. Examinations of the facts are in order. Statistical analysis by the likes of Prof Denis Rancourt has revealed there has been no pandemic.

Investigative reporters such as Michael Bryant have put all this together, for example in this piece from April 2023 about the events in Italy in March 2020 which the reporting on played the key role in enabling the implementation of Operation “Pandemic.” Italy 2020: Behind the Claim of Covid's Ground Zero, by Michael Bryant, 4/12/23.

In the same month he did this piece about the events In New York in the period just following the ones in Italy. New York City Spring 2020: Investigating the Covid Epicenter, Health Freedom Defense Fund team, 4/19/23

Only a few nations suffered excess deaths during the months of (northern hemisphere) Spring 2020 when the virus was allegedly raging through the world’s population . Only a few regions within these nations experienced these excess deaths, e.g. only 16 states in the US, largely just 8 states.

Within these regions, the excess deaths were limited to certain locations, particularly care homes, with the victims usually being over 80 with an average of 4 morbidity factors. This is not a pattern which can support any assertions of pandemic.

Per International health agencies, “COVID-19” can only be distinguished via tests such as the PCR and antigen. No SARS-CoV-2 virus has ever actually been physically isolated and purified, and thus no such material is available to prime such tests, i.e. validate them for the purpose. The tests are not merely inaccurate, they are invalid. All they are finding is computer code.

Thus, the last three years have really been a mega-fraud which has enabled tyranny, as well as the mass murder resulting from the administering of “countermeasures” in locations which had the most severe lockdowns, like New York City and locations in Italy’s region of Lombardy. Anyone still upholding the con job narrative is enabling this atrocity against global humanity to proceed, even if in new forms.

The political “left” has been conspicuous in its zealous defense of the official narratives regarding Operation “Pandemic,” viewing even the most timid critiques as being hard core right wing attacks upon rational thought. Those few “leftists” who stood in opposition have likewise eschewed critiques of the very notions of virology and contagion as being reactionary rejections of science. This has left people like myself pretty much alone.

But even this is beginning to change. Witness online shows such as What’s Left. And in January 2023, a series of articles by self-labeled “Marxist” Tom Mohr took on virology’s lack of grounding in basic science principles. See here.

Unfortunately many if not most of my attempts to convey my knowledge have failed, even when it comes to people who have been active in the “health freedom movement.” The celebrities are hanging on to the “virus.” They risk undermining their credibilities by admitting that they have been pushing what turned out to be completely false notions. They often can’t let go of the “virus”/”contagion” thing, it’s been driven so deeply into their heads since they were kids

And some of them, like billionaire Steve Kirsch, who has funded many of the celebrities, are financially invested in the “virus,” as they have businesses like the “COVID Early Treatment Fund” which of course require acceptance of the alleged virus’s existence for their own operation.

Many of the rank and file activists have tended to trust the “movement” celebrities, as they feel like they have kept the “movement” informed since the Operation began, and were doing so at the very beginning, They themselves feel invested in the official opposition narrative.

Many folks fear undermining the entire “movement” by calling the expressed analyses of these celebrities into question in any way. They feel hesitant to come out to friends and admit that they put forth what turned out to be completely false notions. Like the celebrities, they often are too imbued with the “virus”/”contagion” thing to let go,. Their insecurities about their lack of “expertise” about the subject tend to get the better of them.

Even some of those i know who question the “virus” narrative don’t wish to challenge their many friends who are still stuck in the old ways of thinking. So they keep their perspectives to themselves and to those who already agree with them.

Believing in threats of dangerous pathogens and contagions fits perfectly well with a perception framework most people operate within, even “freedom” activists, as it helps them feel like they are victims, plays into the general senses of what Coppolino calls “victimology” and “woundology.”

This became even more the case when Bobby Jr entered the 2024 presidential race on 4/19/23. This coincided closely with the coming release (September 2023) of a new book by him advancing the ‘lab leak bio weapon” disinformation narrative. It obviously assumes the existence of the make believe virus. In fact, he is clinging hard to the notion of that existence and the factualness of the “Pandemic” and “COVID.”

Some of those who work for him, such as CHD science adviser J.J. Couey, and CHD-affiliated “legal expert” Katherine Watt, as well as some allied celebrities such as David Martin, are pushing the “bio weapon” narrative as well, on his behalf whether openly or covertly. This is an excellent open letter sent to Couey in January 2023, which also happens to be a fantastic summary of the case against the entirety of Operation “Pandemic.”

Bobby Jr’s supporters immediately began telling their audiences and anyone who would listen that the movement has to unite behind him and not appear to the mainstream as a bunch of crazies, lest their undermine his candidacy and destroy the chances of “the one candidate who is basically on our side.”

One day soon, i will post the article i’m working on demonstrating that Bobby Jr’s campaign, just like his father’s 1968 presidential campaign, is merely the latest chapter in a story of the Democratic Party acting as a social counterinsurgency operation. For now, see this interview, and this one.

Presidential campaigns within this party work to co-opt the energy of independent opposition movements which may otherwise challenge the basic assumptions of mainstream politics, push those considered too “extremist” to be incorporated out of the public political discourse altogether and in the meantime push forth the interests and perspectives of a group within the ruling elite which has new ideas as to how to continue their domination of society.

Many of the people i know within the “movement,” way too many, lack even rudimentary trust in their ability to understand the stuff. They have decided it’s easier to just trust “experts” and focus their efforts entirely upon stopping the “COVID” shots and maybe creating “some change” by lining up behind Bobby Jr.

Why this strategy can’t work was explained really well recently by Dawn Lester in an entry on her Substack blog, And on and on it goes…., ,6/11/23. This extended quote if from it.

“It seems that many people wonder why the ‘no virus’ issue remains important now that the ‘pandemic’ is over. To add to that, there are some people in the ‘freedom movement’ who have recently asserted that there are many aspects of the globalists’ agenda that are not related to health and are far more dangerous to humanity, such as technocracy, transhumanism, digital currencies, smart cities etc.

Yes, these are important issues - really important issues, I totally agree - but so is the idea that ‘pathogenic agents’ exist because it has tentacles that reach into many aspects of our lives, so it cannot be brushed aside as if irrelevant, especially in view of the complete lack of evidence to support this idea.

I would therefore recommend that people who believe in ‘pathogenic agents’ become aware of the various reports that claim there will be ‘future pandemics’. For just one example, a 22nd May 2023 ‘News’ item on the UN website states, “Although COVID-19 may no longer be a global public health emergency, countries must still strengthen response to the disease and prepare for future pandemics and other threats, the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Monday in Geneva.”.

There has never been a ‘pandemic’ due to an infectious agent and there never could be. But, whilst people believe that pathogenic infectious agents exist, they will believe in the possibility of other ‘pandemics’. Therefore, one of the answers I would provide to the question of why the ‘no virus’ issue is so important is: that fear of ‘germs’ makes people believe that ‘disease’ can be transmitted between people, which means that we have to continue being afraid of each other.

In fact, one of the fundamental problems with all of this is that it keeps people in a state of unjustified fear, which is disempowering. Releasing unjustified fear is empowering.

Furthermore, fear of ‘germs’ makes people acquiesce to measures that are claimed to be for their benefit but are far more likely to be harmful, and in many cases potentially or even actually fatal. For example, the maintenance of a belief in pathogens permits the maintenance of a belief in the idea that STIs are real, as demonstrated by a recent BBC article........

So, to summarize: according to the medical establishment, a symptom is evidence of disease and ‘germs’ are pathogens, which means they cause disease, which is defined by the presence of symptoms. Yet ‘germs’ are said to be able to cause an infection even in the complete absence of symptoms. Confused? You should be, because this is all nonsense! But it is nonsense that people are not only expected to believe without question, but are not allowed to question.

Maybe it is because this is all so confusing that people are likely to just switch off their thinking, because they don’t understand it, and instead defer to the so-called ‘experts’. I am not being disrespectful. I do wonder, however, whether this approach may be intentional and that those in control of the narrative intentionally promote contradictory information to ensure that people are confused.

Deferring to ‘experts’ is however, a serious error of judgement, because it means people will believe the experts’ reports about ‘germs’ and become trapped in a false narrative that they may have been ‘infected’.

This in turn will make them believe that they need to take certain drugs and act in a certain way to ‘protect’ themselves from other people or protect other people from them, especially people with whom they are in a loving relationship. They are made to believe the idea that they could cause harm to their partner or vice versa, and they therefore live in fear.”

Speaking of transhumanism and digital currencies, Alison McDowell continues to do her work. Unfortunately, she has largely turned her back on the effort to expose the virology scam. She contends that we need to focus exclusively upon the plans to drive us into living entirely in the digital realm, everything else is a diversion.

In reality, the failure to challenge the acceptance of an in silico “virus” as if it were a real material object goes light years towards enabling the treatment of digital twins of human beings to be regarded as humans with “full rights of citizenship and decision making.”

I am therefore glad that i came across the Web radio analyst Jesse Zurawell in early 2023. He’s on air five days a week, and usually finds a way to weave the topic of the pushing of humanity into all-digital mode into the conversation, or his solo presentations. He has also discussed the virology fraud extensively.

I find his way of presenting the topic, in a slow, measured and very articulate way, far superior to McDowell’s approach which throws information at the listener at impossibly fast rates, with total disregard for whether the info comes across, and with occasional assertions she fails to back up.

t’s time for today’s “health freedom” activists to cast aside today’s equivalents of Mike Ruppert, John Judge and Nafeez Ahmed, and try to see a little further. Some people have already started taking action. German engineer Marvin Haberland, who got a masters at UC Berkeley, my former employer, went to court in 2022, seeking to contest a fine levied on him in Germany 2020 for not wearing a mask in public. He stated he was basing his case upon the lack of use of controlled studies in creating the science which allegedly lay behind mask mandates and other lockdown regulations.

German law requires any science used as a basis for government action to be based upon the scientific method and in particular the use of controlled studies. HIs case got delayed due to a judge’s illness, When it resumed in late April 2023, the state declined to push the case, and the charge was dismissed.

State prosecutors had determined they could not make sound arguments against his case. This has opened a door, with over 100 people using this precedent to challenge any fines or the like applied to them for not following mandates. So, people, it is not a foregone conclusion that using this immense body of knowledge will not help anything.
