Five years ago this month, Event 201 and a major conference at the Milken Institute took place, months before the open launch of the “COVID” PsyOp, In this interview by Eric Francis Coppolino, Michael Bryant presents ample evidence from these two events, evidence which makes the notion that similarities between Event 201 and the PsyOp are just coincidental look absolutely ridiculous.
Eric Francis of Planet Waves FM interviews renowned journalist Michael Bryant about events in October 2019 that mysteriously predicted what would occur in the following months. Eric Francis Coppolino, 10/26/24.
[Embedded video, an hour and 47 minutes]
Good afternoon from New York:
Last week I distributed an article about Event 201, with samples of the video presentations provided by those excellent folks. [See the 10/18/24 edition of LT] Today I have a follow-up conversation with Michael Bryant, who I rely on as an unofficial editorial advisor. He is a skilled investigative reporter (and accomplished athlete) who has gone deeper into many issues than I have. I’m including one of his landmark articles below — the one about how a pandemic was feigned in northern Italy.
The interview above is not pleasant. This is a story that must be told. It’s about the two planning events in October 2019 that predicted the events of December 2019 and January 2020. In criminal law, premeditation of a crime (such as murder) is much more serious than doing something spontaneously. If you read my chronology, you will see a good bit of that. Also if you want a detailed look into January 2020, I have an article that very few people have read.
In the enclosed interview, we discuss both Event 201 and the Milken Institute conference on the flu that happened five years ago this weekend. I cover the Milken thing in much more detail in this classic edition of Planet Waves FM — one of the best ever, sampling many statements by the premeditators.[Link] Please enter your questions in the comments below. And thank you to my paying subscribers, who sponsor my work on these issues. This is a separate project, budget and organization than Planet Waves the astrology service.
Your faithful reporter, still on the story,
[A linked preview follows, featuring Bryant’s piece on Planet Waves: Italy 2020: Behind the Claim of Covid's Ground Zero, by Michael Bryant, Eric F Coppolino, April 12, 2023 ]
My comments. Event 201 is the first item discussed. A bunch of names are mentioned, with extensive descriptions, to set the scene. The Gates Foundation, Johns Hopkins University and he World Economic Forum were all the principals behind Event 201, and their public roles became more and more central as the planned operation got implemented.
Tom Inglesby, the director of The Johns Hopkins U Center for Health Security, was the director of Event 201. From the Center’s web page:
"Dr. Inglesby is the Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. The Center is dedicated to protecting people’s health from the consequences of epidemics and disasters. Dr. Inglesby is also a Professor in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a Joint Appointment in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Dr. Inglesby's work is internationally recognized in the fields of public health preparedness, pandemic and emerging infectious disease, and prevention of and response to biological threats. He was Chair of the Board of Scientific Counselors for the Center for Preparedness and Response at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2010 to 2019. He also served as a member of the CDC Director’s External Laboratory Safety Workgroup, which examined biosafety practices of the CDC, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) after high-profile laboratory incidents in federal agencies. He currently serves as Chair of the Health-Security Interface Technical Advisory Group (HSI-TAG) that provides independent advice to the World Health Organization on related topics.
Dr. Inglesby has served as an advisor to the US Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Defense, and Homeland Security, and he has testified before Congress on many occasions. In 2023, he was elected to the National Academy of Medicine.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Inglesby was recognized as one of the 50 most influential clinical executives by Modern Healthcare. He gave analysis and expert testimony to policymakers, business leaders, and health organizations on public health interventions needed to control the pandemic. He served as an advisor to then-Governor of Maryland Larry Hogan and on the National Commission on COVID-19 and Criminal Justice.
In 2020, he served on the Biden-Harris transition team reviewing and advising on HHS and COVID-19 policies. In 2021, Dr. Inglesby served as Senior Policy Advisor for the COVID-19 response in the Office of the HHS Secretary. In 2021–2022, he then served as Senior Advisor on the White House COVID-19 Response Team and was the White House National Coordinator for Testing in that role."
In tandfonlin dot com in 2018: "Ventilator blues: Infectious disease expert Tom Inglesby on the next major pandemic," Lucien Crowder, 8/31/18, Inglesby "discusses an array of issues surrounding infectious disease outbreaks, from preparedness measures to detection of novel pathogens to response by the public health system. He delves into why, in the 100 years since the 1918 Spanish flu, the world has experienced no pandemic of similar proportions. He assesses whether the next major pandemic will more likely be associated with a naturally occurring or an engineered pathogen; describes the tension between desirable and feasible levels of preparedness; and shares his experiences briefing senior government officials on national biosecurity challenges.”
Bryant then discussed the Event 201 Participants. A list of them, with links to details on each, can be found here. They discussed some of them in detail, Here are a few.
Sofia Borges - "Sofia Borges is the UN Foundation’s Senior Vice President and Head of the New York office. In this role, she serves as chief liaison with United Nations leadership and the diplomatic community, working to identify new opportunities for building and deepening partnerships with a range of stakeholders, as well as overseeing initiatives with the private sector and managing engagement with other organizations. As a member of the UN Foundation leadership team, she also provides overall guidance and participates in the development of long-term strategy for the Foundation. Prior to joining the UN Foundation, Ms. Borges held the position of Deputy Chef de Cabinet to the President of the 72nd Session of the UN General Assembly and served in the Cabinet of the President of the 71st Session of the UN General Assembly as Special Adviser on Strategic Engagement and Transparency.
From 2002 to 2016, Ms. Borges held various positions at the Permanent Mission of Timor-Leste to the UN, including six years as Ambassador and Permanent Representative. She represented Timor-Leste through a critical peacekeeping to peacebuilding period, including its removal from the agenda of the UN Security Council. During this time, she also served as Chair of the Third Committee (Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee) for the 69th session of the UN General Assembly and as a Vice President of the 68th Session of the UN General Assembly. She was the Chief Negotiator for Timor-Leste during the Open Working Group on the Sustainable Development Goals (2013-14) and Chief Negotiator for Timor-Leste on the Post-2015 Inter-Governmental Negotiations on the SDGs (2014-15). From 2003 to 2010, he was Assistant Director General at the World Health Organization (WHO). Prior to this, he served as Director of the Health Equity Theme at the Rockefeller Foundation.”
George Fu Gao - "Professor George F. Gao is the Director-General, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention; a Professor in the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; President of the Chinese Society of Biotechnology; and President of the Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB).
Dr. Gao obtained his DPhil degree from Oxford University, UK, and did his postdoc work in both Oxford University and Harvard University, with a brief stay in Calgary University. His research interests include enveloped viruses and molecular immunology. His group research is mainly focused on the enveloped virus entry and release, especially influenza virus interspecies transmission (host jump), structure-based drug-design, and structural immunology. He is also interested in virus ecology, especially the relationship between influenza virus and migratory birds or live poultry markets and the bat-derived virus ecology and molecular biology.”
[Gao was one of the co-authors of one of the first papers In January 2020 which claimed the isolation and sequencing of SARS-CoV-2.]
Avril Haines - "Avril Haines is a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University; a Senior Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory; a member of the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service; and a principal at WestExec Advisors.

Dr. Haines received her bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She serves on a number of boards and advisory groups, including the Nuclear Threat Initiative’s Bio Advisory Group, the Board of Trustees for the Vodafone Foundation, and the Refugees International Advisory Council.
[Haines was appointed by Biden in January 2021 to be the Director of National Intelligence, an office she still holds. Avril Haines was also a principal for WestExec Consulting, created by Tony Blinken, which has functioned as the stable for Team Biden. Her affiliations with data surveillance giant Palantir and with WestExec were scrubbed from her biography. See here, and here. [free sign in required to read the Intercept article]
Eduardo Martinnez - "Eduardo Martinez is President of the UPS Foundation and UPS Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. The UPS Foundation leads the global citizenship programs and initiatives for UPS, and, as President, Dr. Martinez is responsible for the operations and management of its global philanthropic, employee engagement, and corporate relations programs, which invests in more than 4,300 organizations and communities across 170 countries. In addition, Dr. Martinez also serves as the UPS Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, with responsibilities for the advancement of diversity and inclusion programs that empower more than 440,000 UPS employees worldwide…….
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Dr. Martinez was formerly Chairperson of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Agenda Council on Humanitarian Response. Currently, he serves on the WEF’s Managing the Risk and Impact of Future Epidemics Steering Committee. Dr. Martinez also serves on the UN Global Logistics Cluster’s Logistics Emergency Team Steering Council and on the executive committees of the United Nations Office for Coordination Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) Connecting Business Initiative and the Global Health Security Agenda’s Private Sector Round Table. He recently joined the Global Humanitarian Action Executive Council under the leadership of the UN Secretary-General’s Humanitarian Envoy.
Dr. Martinez serves as chair of the Points of Light Corporate Service Council, which is composed of Fortune 500 companies dedicated to the global volunteer movement. He serves as Principal, representing UPS, on the Corporate Board of Advisors for UnidosUS organization as well as Chairperson of the Points of Light Institutes’ Corporate Service Council. Dr. Martinez also serves as Advisor to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association for Volunteer Effort (IAVE). He is former co-chair and appointee by the National Academy of Science of its national program, Resilient America. Dr. Martinez serves on the International Leadership Board of UK-based Business in the Community organization, and he serves on the Executive Committee of IMPACT 2030, a business-led coalition to advance the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and on the Board of the United Nations public-private sector coalition innovation incubator, Global Humanitarian Lab.”
Some more participants were discussed. What is striking is that the people involved are overwhelmingly highly placed heavyweight operatives in finance/corporate ranks, globalist policy bodies (Agenda 2030 and the UN SDGs) and intelligence services, rather than medical experts, aside from Gao, and even his affiliations also cross over into the corporate sector. Isn’t it odd, a planning event for a future pandemic which involves ruling elite managers far more than any medical specialists?!!!
Going back to Inglesby, Bryant brought up a tweet by him, while he was at the WEF’s Davos gathering in January 2019, announcing Event 201. See here.
Tom Inglesby, MD
@T_Inglesby
"Event 201 will shine light on need for pub health, global business, science, finance, security & political leadership to be fully engaged + working for common purposes to meet challenge of new pandemic. Business will need gov, and gov will need business #wef #Davos2019 2/2 1/23/19".
Here he was, planting the term “new” (just like “novel”), which was a key part of the entire “Pandemic” narrative which started being disseminated in January 2020. Further steps towards that end were undertaken in the run-up to Event 201, including the 8/24/19 paper on planning for an unprecedented outbreak of coronavirus, right after the end of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City's annual economic policy symposium, Aug. 22-24in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This was the 2019 edition of an annual gathering of the world’s financial elite. Bryant is convinced that this is where the Operation was authorized, and that the Repo Criss which took place the following month was in fact the first step of a controlled implosion of the global financial system, which COVID served as a smokescreen for. I too am convinced.
Soon after, this eyebrow-raising item came out from a new entity, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board.
Experts detail global pandemic readiness gaps, offer steps, Lisa Schnirring, 9/18/19.
"In its first annual report, an independent board established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank to keep its finger on the pulse of the world's outbreak and emergency readiness said the world isn't prepared to respond to a pandemic and that proactive efforts are needed to detect and control potential outbreaks.
Housed at WHO headquarters in Geneva and comprising 15 members, the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB) was launched in May 2018 to assess emergency preparedness across national governments, United Nations agencies, civil society, and the private sector. As part of its mission, each year it will issue a report on financing, research and development, and health crisis preparedness at global, regional, and national levels……..
In the report, the group spells out seven urgent actions for world leaders to take to boost global preparedness, all of which include progress indicators designed to be completed by September 2020.
Among three recommendations aimed at countries, the group said government heads must commit to preparedness by implementing their binding obligations under the International Health Regulations. Also, they said countries and regional organizations such as the G7 and G20 must follow through on their funding commitments for preparedness and agree to monitor progress. All countries much build strong health systems and routinely conduct simulation exercises to establish and maintain preparedness, with an eye toward prioritizing community involvement.
One of the recommendations urges countries, donors, and multilateral groups to prepare for a rapidly spreading pandemic from a lethal respiratory pathogen—naturally occurring or from an accidental or intentional release—by investing in new vaccines, drugs, surge manufacturing capacity, broad-spectrum antivirals, and appropriate nonpharmacologic interventions. That point also addressed sharing genome sequences of new pathogens and sharing limited medical countermeasures.
For financing groups, the experts urged institutions to link preparedness with financial risk planning and to create incentives and increase funding for preparedness. And for United Nations (UN) agencies, the authors urge stronger coordination and well-defined UN roles and responsibilities, along with ways to rapidly reset preparedness and response strategies during health emergencies. Regarding the WHO, the GPMB recommends introducing an approach to mobilize wider national, regional, and international communities at earlier outbreak stages before a Public Health Emergency of International Concern is declared.”
This Report {PDF version] is headed by an image of a .. .coronavirus. This is a half year before the “Pandemic,” with no historical precedents of a global massive health problem involving a coronavirus. WHY?!! See here for the image.
Bryant and Coppolino then discussed the other big event of October 2019, Milken Institute’s Future of Health Summit, October 28-30, 2019. Attention focused on the workshop whose topic was “Making Influenza History: The Quest for a Universal Flu Vaccine,” “Freedom” activists have focused pretty much on Tony Fauci’s speech in that gathering calling for making tinfluenza more scary and “sexy," but another name should get a lot more attention, that of Rick Bright, who spoke right after Fauci. . From the Milken’s webpage: "Rick A. Bright, Ph.D. is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response and the Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), which is a component of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He oversees the advanced development and procurement of medical countermeasures against an array of threats to national security and the public’s health, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear threats and pandemic influenza, and emerging infectious diseases. Dr. Bright serves as an international subject matter expert in vaccine, drug and diagnostics development and has served as an advisor to the World Health Organization and the United States Department of Defense. Dr. Bright joined BARDA [The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, Department of Health and Human Services] in 2010, and prior to becoming Director in late 2016, he served as Director of the BARDA’s Influenza and Emerging Infectious Diseases Division. Dr. Bright received his Ph.D. in Immunology and Virology from Emory University and his B.S. in Biology and Physical Sciences from Auburn University.”
Bright talked about a coming “outbreak of a novel avian virus in China.” How prescient can you get?!! He discussed how in the future vaccines could be changed from shots to patches which can be printed via 3D printers, even at home, and then placed on the skin like bandaids. Coppolino ran a video demonstrating this. Bryant talked of how in 2019 Big Pharma was an industry facing dire prospects, its rate of return on vaccines production hitting zero by 2020. Michael Specter of the New Yorker talked at the gathering of “Blowing up the system.” Well, the events of 2020 sure helped, didn’t they? Bryant and Coppolino talked of how virology is increasingly putting any notions of actual physical aspects of virus research behind it, eliminating cell culture lab work, going straight to metagenomics to “find new viruses and develop new vaccines.” With a public, even its educated layers and “freedom activists” smitten by celebrities, too scared, too bamboozled to ask any questions, raise any doubts about what public health “experts” say, this seems to be where things are headed, unless activists ring alarm bells loudly.
A clarification. The coronavirus image which came with the September 2018 report by the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board was not at the article i linked to about the report, but on the report itself, the PDF version. See
