This is part A of today’s edition of Lockdown Times. What i had prepared was way too long to do a single edition, so i decided to split into two equal parts, each one a full edition on its own. Starting with Biomedical.
Biomedical. Christine Massey gathers some more big admissions about viruses in responses to FOAI requests by her and colleagues, as well as some regarding fluoride, whose use in drinking water she’s challenged since well before the “Pandemic” began.
Christine Massey, 6/15/24.
Greetings and Best Wishes,
In March 2024, I filed an FOI request to the “experts” at Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) Public Health (Ontario) for all studies/records, authored by anyone anywhere ever, in their possession, custody or control, that meet the descriptions listed further below - because some of the people there who act as “Board of Health Member”, “Councillor”, “public health promoter” etc. are openly conspiring to add toxic waste fluoride acid to other people’s drinking water.
On April 15, 2024 Suzette Taggart acting as “PHIPA / MFIPPA Officer” provided her response.
Regarding records that scientifically prove/provide evidence that drinking water that has been fluoridated - with the typical water fluoridation agent, hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA), that eats through concrete, is contaminated with toxins that have no known safe level (i.e. arsenic, lead) and spilled on highway 401 in 2017 in a deadly accident that sent many first-responders to hospital - is safe for everyone and effective for everyone at reducing dental caries, as claimed: [This is the request]
Suzette responded with irrelevant, distracting claims and propaganda before confessing that the “experts” at KFL&A have zero primary studies and rely instead on misleading reviews. Reviews do not adhere to the scientific method or provide full details of the methods employed in the reviewed studies, and therefore make it easy to bamboozle the public when promoting a dangerous/deadly “public health” agenda like fluoridation. Cherry-picking and limiting the scope of a review to human studies (despite the fact that toxicology studies are not carried out on humans) and to studies of fluoride in water (as if all other F studies are irrelevant) are the norm.
Naturally Suzette cited an infamous (and possibly “AI”) report from anonymous fakers at “Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health” (CADTH) (pg 12).
[Update: CADTH’s biased reports appear to have been removed from CADTH’s website. Fortunately they have been archived at the waybackmachine website.][Screen shot]
Regarding studies proving that the actual HFSA product (which is not pure HFSA) - that criminals in Kingston might add to other people’s drinking water - dissociates 100% in actual tap water (which is not pure H20), Suzette repeated propaganda that is not supported by any valid scientific evidence and responded as though she didn’t understand what I had actually asked for… instead of simply admitting “no records” (pg 13). (Years ago, public health clowns at the Region of Peel (Ontario) cited a chemical formula involving pure HFSA and pure H20 as proof of complete dissociation :-) . Note, even if HFSA did dissociate completely, that would not make water fluoridation safe!)[Screen shot]
Regarding all other studies/records relating to the local agenda/conspiracy to mass drug and experiment on innocent, unsuspecting people via their drinking water, Suzette provided evidence in the form of a memo from Susan Stewart acting as “Director” and Sarah Donnelly acting as “Manager” urging members of the “Board of Health” to move forward with the scam, and a letter from Wess Garrod acting as “Board of Health Chair” urging the people who act as “Mayor” and “City of Kingston Councillors” to do the same (pgs 14-22). [Screen shot]
[Another June 15 update: I just emailed “CADTH” to ask what happened to their water fluoridation reports and found that my email has been blocked (many “councillors” have blocked me as well… I guess they prefer willful ignorance).] [Screen shots]
August 12, 2022:
Dr. Kyle Wilson acting as as Director, Information Systems & Chief Privacy Officer, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health, Ontario Canada confessed that Nicola Mercer acting as Medical Officer of Health and CEO, Matthew Tenenbaum acting as Associate Medical Officer of Health, David Kingma acting as Director, Administrative Services, Camille Loucks acting as Manager, Clinical Services, Karen Mulvey acting as Manager, Vaccine Preventable Diseases, Lillianna Marinko acting as Manager, Control of Infectious Disease and the health unit have no record of any alleged “monkeypox virus” being found in the bodily fluid/tissue of any so-called “host” on Earth and purified, by anyone, anywhere, ever…. despite this being a preliminary step required to scientifically show the existence of a “virus” and despite their monkeypox fear-mongering and despite their offering of a monkeypox quackcine (pg 8).[Screen shot]
Last year, a colleague FOI’d Niagara County Department of Health, New York for all scientific studies, reports and/or white papers held by the institution that describe isolation/purification of the alleged “SARS-COV-2” from human beings and/or inducement of “covid” in a healthy person using purified particles. (Yes, we know that experiments of this nature would normally not be done on people, however there has been at least 1 fake/fraudulent “SARS-COV-2 human challenge” published).
On February 10, 2023 Daniel J. Stapleton acting as “Public Health Director” confessed (pg 3) “we have no information responsive to this request”:[Screen shot]
In December 2020 I filed an FOI request to “Public Services and Procurement Canada” relating to Pfizer’s covid-1984 injections that are fraudulently passed off as “vaccines” (see pg 11 for the request wording). Records were finally provided in March, 3.25 years later. This is old-newish, but the copy of the contract that I received has fewer redactions than another version I have seen online so might be helpful to someone.[Screen shot]
(Note: this information has been sent to ~200 people who work for “the state”, lamestream media, etc. at Canada, Isle of Man, England and the U.S., so they can’t claim they didn’t know.)

4IR. A conversation about the blood and guts of the global economic system, the energy and raw materials supplies, where things stand now, where they are headed in the near future.
Michaux and Bryce on China's 2050 Master Plan, Green Energy Breakdown, Financial Sense, 6/6/24, an hour and 25 minutes.
"Financial Sense Newshour's Jim Puplava speaks with energy expert Robert Bryce and mining engineer Simon Michaux about the long-term outlook for resources and mining in light of green energy policies and China's strategic plan for supply chain dominance.” [Pages for Financial Sense, Simon Michaux and Robert Bryce]
My comments.Lots of eye-popping details, including these. AI will require 25% of the electric supply, the Cloud another 10%, EVs 4%, all at the same time that the grid is being degraded. China’s government has an overwhelming domination over the critical raw materials needed by the “green economy.” The “green transition” however is a crick, DOA. The production of materials such as copper is providing more and more degraded results, and requiring more and more energy, as the supplies are being worn out. The global oil production(actual oil) had an initial peak in 2005, and what looks like a final peak in 2018, from which there has not been any recovery. The global financial system has been on life support since 2008, thanks to huge increases in debt, the bills are coming due. The world has been in a “long emergency” due to energy since 2005, just marking time till the break. The world is divided between the bloc which is based on finance, and the bloc which is trying to be resources based, and there are clear dynamics towards a war between them, with the former trying to start this war, “kinetic policy.” Both blocs have blueprints from the future, but neither is good for the vast majority of us, and the future looks very unclear. Michaux is convinced (see 1:00:00 and right after) that ALL the plans will fail, as will as fiat-based currencies. One factor totally left out: the accelerating ecocide, including drastic climate chaos, which makes questions of which bloc wins quite elementary. Also left out is the inner dynamics of capitalism as a mode of production which relentlessly drive the system towards bigger and bigger crises.
And, What’s Left? looks at the recent Mexican presidential election.
Mexican Elections: Recycling Hope, What’s Left? 6/15/24, an hour and 39 minutes.
"In light of the recent Mexican elections we decide to revisit México to reflect back on Eduardo's previous take of the Mexican elections in episodes 6 years ago, what significance does a female President of the MORENA party have, and what background history of the country can we learn to contextualise its politics and society. Check us out.” [Links]
My comments. Thanks, Alex, Andy, Don Eduardo and Kenny (alphabetical and it rhymes. :-) )
Wow, i was getting a bit concerned with the tone the conversation had seemed to be taking, pro-AMLO and pro-MORENA. But then, Eduardo articulated well how he felt the AMLO admin changed nothing basic, wasn't even going in the right route. Kenny then chimed in, finally brought up the matter of the El Tren Maya (The Maya Train) project, the construction of a train system crossing the country through the Yucatan Peninsula, creating massive ecological damage, and the matter of the greatly increased role of the military in society under AMLO.
Kenny also pointed out the upper class background of newly-elected president and AMLO protege Claudia Sheinbaum, her being a technocrat who would implement the 4IR via the "green revolution," This would involve the financialization of nature, and mass surveillance as part of a greater "sustainability" (straight out of the UN SDGs playbook). Additionally, her relatively new husband, Jesús María Tarriba Unger, is a specialist in financial risks at the Bank of Mexico (Banxico). Andy pointed out the Train is just one project, as there's also a plan to build an alternative Panama Canal through the same region. Eduardo pointed out the role the AMLO regime has played in enforcing the US/Mexico border and policing migrants coming from Central and Latin America transiting through Mexico on the way to El Norte.
Alex did great pointing out the similarities between AMLO leading to Sheinbaum and Benito Juarez leading to the dictator Porfirio Diaz. He like Eduardo brought up the Magon Brothers of the Mexican Revolution, YES!! Everyone basically nailed where things are going, how this reformist regime is leading Mexico into the 4IR, and presents a model for the US elite to follow once they decide to ditch the Democrats/Republicans game. In Mexico and the UK, the power apparatus is shifting its facade leftward, whereas in the EU (and maybe the US by year’s end?) it will shift it rightward. Like Alex said, Mexico is once again serving as a testing ground for global capital. BTW , this is just as it did in the '80s with the debt crisis and the IMF assuming direct management over economic decisions.
Potential for something more, i.e. mass revolutionary movements developing? One can hope. Yo espero.
And, in the climate crisis. So you think there is no climate crisis? Explain why the world’s largest wetland is experiencing its worst fires ever right at the beginning of the dry season. And please don’t tell me the drought is engineered without explaining how a large high pressure dome can be made to park in a specific spot, via a conscious human activity.

The worst of the dry season is still far off, but already the Brazilian Pantanal wetlands are so dry that wildfires are surging. The number of fires so far this year has jumped tenfold from the same period last year.
Here’s more detail about the matter, you can probably find something even more detailed in climate sites.

This piece is a public comment submitted (in modified form) to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and to the Oregon Coastal Management Program. The evidence does not show that public comments are effective at stopping industrial projects, but I find them worthwhile as organizing opportunities for opponents. This piece includes sections on:
• BOEM’s conflict of interest
• Upwelling
• Fish and other oceanic life
• Anchoring, chains, and undersea impacts
• Impacts to birds
• Cumulative effects in context
• Global warming
• Impacts to Native American sites and cultural resources
• Noise and light pollution
• Mining and extraction impacts globally
• Terrestrial impacts
• Monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning
This is a followup to the article published here, in The Oregonian, and in the Curry Pilot two weeks ago:[screen shot, link]
In this scoping comment I plan to address some specific and concrete suggestions for analysis that BOEM must complete in order to sufficiently analyze the environmental impacts of proposed offshore wind energy facilities on the Oregon coast.
In regards to scoping comments, it is fundamental that we do not understand the true impacts of offshore wind energy. This technology is relatively new and has only been installed in a few places around the world. Many of those places are far away and many projects are located in government jurisdictions which are not friendly to the United States, and/or in areas where the ecology is fundamentally different to our region. The ecology of the Pacific Rim along the Oregon Coast is unique. In addition, oceanic environments and especially deep ocean areas provide unique challenges for monitoring and data collection.
The ocean is an incredibly complex and interconnected ecosystem. The fact that most ocean organisms begin their life in the plankton means that oceanic circulation, currents, and upwelling are critical to the function of ecology across wide. The relationships between these factors are poorly understood.
Therefore, for any analysis conducted by BOEM to effectively assess the impacts of offshore wind energy, that analysis should include the following.
A. BOEM’s Conflict of Interest
First I must call into question a conflict of interest inherent in this process. According to the BOEM website, your mission is:
To manage development of U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) energy, mineral, and geological resources in an environmentally and economically responsible way.
Developing offshore wind energy projects requires a permit. BOEM is the organization that grants these permits. Therefore, BOEM is the organization that makes it legal to develop offshore wind energy projects. BOEM is expected to balance competing goals, namely environmental sustainability and energy development.
1. How can members of the public expect BOEM to effectively protect the environment if the development of U.S. outer continental shelf energy resources is fundamentally at odds with that goal? In other words, we know that a typical National Environmental Policy Act process involves the creation of a “no-action alternative.” Federal agencies rarely end up selecting this option, largely because their mission statements and directives from political leadership push them towards developing energy projects, mines, etc.
2. What would it take for offshore wind energy projects on the Oregon coast to not be approved by your agency?
3. Given your mission statement, how can you ensure that there is not a conflict of interest in this process?
4. How can BOEM's permitting process become more fundamentally democratic? In other words, how can the communities and ecosystems most impacted by decision making have a direct say in the process, rather than decisions being made by professional bureaucrats with the public only able to “comment” rather than vote or otherwise participate in decision-making?
5. Will BOEM conduct a Programmatic EIS looking at the cumulative impacts of the entire scope of West Coast offshore wind-related activities, including port expansions, offshore wind turbines, substations, terrestrial and aquatic transmission lines, increased vessel traffic, etc?
6. Every past offshore wind turbine array that BOEM has permitted has resulted in a finding of “no significant impact” and thus no EIS studies have been completed. Yet according to a 2022 paper in the journal Ocean Sustainability, “offshore wind may lead to significant environmental impacts.” This makes it clear that BOEM is a rubber stamp agency that is not based in best available science. How do you reconcile this?
7. Given that the Oregon, Washington, and California offshore wind projects would be both far larger in terms of generation capacity and turbine size, and represent a new technology (floating offshore wind which has never before been attempted in the US, and exists nowhere in the world at these depths) how can the agency justify a finding of “no significant impact”?[SNIP. I wasn’t gonna post all 120 of them, and yes, there really are that many, but here is one crucial section]
J. Mining and Extraction Impacts Globally
84. The construction of offshore wind turbines requires materials such as concrete, steel, nickel, iron, fiberglass, various polymers, aluminum, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, rare earth metals, and balsa wood. What is the cumulative environmental impact of the mining and extraction process for these materials in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, pollution, water quality reduction, and habitat destruction?
85. Logging for balsa wood to be used in wind turbine blades has been shown to be increasing deforestation in the Ecuadorian Amazon with significant impact on indigenous communities and ecosystems. Where will the materials used in the turbine blades for these projects come from? What will the impacts be of the extraction, processing, and transportation of these materials?
86. Will there be economic and material links between Oregon's offshore wind energy projects and mining and extraction in locations known for human rights abuses and serious violations of environmental protection?
87. Will there be slave labor implicated in the supply chains for these wind turbines?
88. Will there be species extinctions and extirpations related to the material and energy supply chains for these wind turbine projects?
89. Is abuse of indigenous people implicated in the supply chains for these projects? For example, one of the world's largest nickel-producing countries is Indonesia, and the nickel mine on Halmahara Island is known to be encroaching on the territory of the uncontacted tribe called the Hongana Manyawa. This is not an isolated incident in mining supply chains globally.
